It has been a quiet one around here this weekend...
we haven't gone anywhere or done anything exciting.
I got a bunch of christmas shopping done on Friday...
Not quite all of it but close..
Need to get stuff for hubby...he's always the hardest to shop for..
I ran out of tape or everything would be wrapped.
We should have gone to the grocery store...
We should have made it to the dollar store (at least for tape)
But instead we spent the weekend snuggled up on the couch watching movies
We have caught up on laundry and dishes
I had a Sunday afternoon nap and he watched his war movies...
Things are back to normal...
It's kinda nice...
Hugs and love to all of you....
A little bit of this, a little bit of that. In all of my experiences in this crazy thing called life, I have realized that every single day one needs to laugh until you cry, savor every single moment and do one thing that makes someone else smile. The footprint you leave on this world is entirely up to you...I plan on walking next to as many people as possible.

Music to my ears!!! So glad. Hugs.
ReplyDeletesounds good! glad that you enjoyed your weekend.
ReplyDeleteI'm forever running out of tape. Then when I don't need it I unearth 7 rolls. Something about having kids, I think. Same with glue, markers and pens. :D
ReplyDeleteGlad you had such a fabulous weekend. More to come I am sure. Hugs & love my friend.
Normal is the way I like things to stay. It's beginning to look like Christmas around my neck of the woods is going to be way to complicated with too much purchasing, and too many people to be around. I like it quiet and simple. Glad you had some peaceful time.
ReplyDeleteYou don't need constant action to have nice days, quiet and simple is also good! Happy week!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a perfect way to spend a weekend and you still have plenty of time to wrap stuff
