I am in the mood to do something creative...
I am inspired by so many who create that I read every day.
I secretly love to play with paint...whether on my walls or canvas.
I love the texture and the "squishiness" of putting paint on a canvas.
I love getting lost in the creation
I love the minutes or hours that it allows me to just be...
I may pull out the paints and the canvas I have tucked away.
The problem is that it is not good art...and quite frankly although I love the creation part of it...I look at what I create and realize that is not where my talent lies....which is just frustrating...
It is sometimes an interesting dilemia-
I am inspired by you who create and who pour your passion into a canvas.
I am inspired by your color and your grittiness.
I need to create- in some way very soon.
It is always interesting if nothing else!
A little bit of this, a little bit of that. In all of my experiences in this crazy thing called life, I have realized that every single day one needs to laugh until you cry, savor every single moment and do one thing that makes someone else smile. The footprint you leave on this world is entirely up to you...I plan on walking next to as many people as possible.

- Trying to remember that there is always a reason, always something that makes you smile during the day- recognizing the event, person or situation that made you smile will make your day seem that much better.
Anything that will cheer you up and makes you smile is a good thing! I say go for it. And I bet you are underestimating yourself. If you like it, than that is all that is important.
ReplyDeleteHave fun & don't forget to share. :)
I agree, go for it and concentrate on what really makes you happy and you will be a success.
ReplyDeleteI would love to be creative but really I am not I do try from time to time but do not thing the things I turn out look that great but hey then I do not usually show my stuff off so get little to no feed back............
ReplyDeleteJust let the creation flow and all will be well!
ReplyDeleteJust play. The fun is in the creating. I adore getting messy and my favourite pieces are quickly becoming my abstracts. It took me a long time to gain any confidence in my art and not everything I do is great. Many get painted over and restarted
