and promises to bring us many many smiles for many years.
Cameron was born at 12:41am. Six pounds 12 oz- he is just a little peanut. Mom and baby are doing well. That was the text message sent to me at 3:04 this morning. Complete with a picture.
I haven't been able to stop crying since then. I talked to my sister this morning and she sounds good...she wishes I was there and so do I..but for now I will wait for the pictures on my phone....
Skippy- Just wanted to let you know that I am thinking about you and sending you healing thoughts and lots of love...if you need anything, please let me know.
A little bit of this, a little bit of that. In all of my experiences in this crazy thing called life, I have realized that every single day one needs to laugh until you cry, savor every single moment and do one thing that makes someone else smile. The footprint you leave on this world is entirely up to you...I plan on walking next to as many people as possible.

Congratulations!!!
ReplyDeleteI know how you feel with the bitter sweet part of it, my best friend had her first last week. She lives across the country, and I also have very sad feelings, but mostly happy for her feelings :)
Maybe you and your sister could get web cams? You could keep in touch better, and the kids would feel like they know you more?
Congrats again :) Have a great day!
